Yes ALL OF THEM (BMX only) from 70's to now.


who were the manufacturer that made bikes - Brands...

I m going to research each brand and get myself up to speed on those..

When I go to what is it category, its like Im lost.. I hate being lost.

Can you help me?

Graecross - makers of the comet, meteor, team crossrider, sabre
Cyclops - makers of the amaroo and a couple of other low-end bikes

..also I think reliance were made in Asia - definitely a POS from memory

A lot of the listed bikes up above were only stickered in Oz, but actually made in Taiwan or Japan.

As far as the Aussie old school manufacturers I reckon:

Black Hawk
Crisp
Competition Developments (Quicksilver)
Fatrax
Madison
Malvern Star
Redline
SuperLA
Suparoo
Vortex

Even some of these brands had some of their range made overseas too.

Graecross were Aussie made in their early days, welded up in their Bayswater factory in melbourne. The team frames were made out of tange tubing. I think later (mid-80s onwards) they came out of Asia.
