Hi guys building a Nomorea 20inch and was thinking about using these parts , please let me know if it wont work or sizing is wrong as i have no real idea. Ive only put together old school build but this frame caught my eye so i picked it up and been told that majority ( pretty much all) my parts wont work as they are old school so here is a list of my ideas
Dk Stem ( works with 1 1/18 threadless forks) Was hoping to use a Tuf neck or Tuf Neck copy if anyone knows where i can get one to fit this frame set please let me know
Chris King sealed headset 1 1/18
Red Line Flight Cranks with American BB 180mm
Ive already got
Rims
seat
Pedals
chain , so not much else
I would like to keep it retro style and colour coded ( Gold )
I dont really know what else i should be looking at but would like to know what a "Hop Up Kit" does for a BB and do i need one? if i buy these cranks?
Also does anyone know if any retro seat clamps would fit this bike like a Tange , Tuf Neck , DC
Any help advice or anything would be great as im more out of my depth than usual
Steve

Hey Steve. The seat clamps can be found in newschool sizes. I have a blue and red Suntour style here I'm using.
The hop-up thing for the cranks you won't need so much.
The retro styled stems come up for sale on ebay and the US sites often. Try Knightbikes too. They did some a while back but maybe sold out. Not sure.

It's currently disassembled as I am going to try a new finish on the frame to stop having to polish it every 10 minutes - just gotta find the time to drop it off
I've ridden it a couple of times and it is lovely and well balanced !
